Coaching

A simple, direct way of working

I help people build the life they want, with enjoyment and ease.

The work is about identifying and changing the deep patterns that shape how you move through your life. Over time, this creates a real sense of confidence and power in how you approach what matters to you.

As you commit to moving toward what you actually want, things will come up. Decisions to make. Patterns to untangle. Challenges at work or with money. Emotional weight. Or simply the feeling that something in your life wants attention. We work directly with whatever is arising as you move toward the life you are building.

Taking on a new client is a significant commitment on my part. I work with a small number of people at a time and give each person my full investment. I ask for the same in return.

What people say after working together

Q&A

Questions people usually ask

Is this therapy?

No. Coaching is focused on what is present, what you want, and how to work with it directly. If you need clinical mental health support, therapy is the better fit.

What happens in the first session?

You bring what feels most alive, we slow down enough to feel what is actually happening, and we work with it together. The point is direct experience and movement, not analysis for its own sake.

Do I need to prepare?

No preparation is required. If you have a live question, tension, stuck place, or desire, that is enough.

What if I don't know what to bring?

That's okay. We can start with what is most present right now and find the thread together.

How often do we meet?

Most people who continue work with me weekly, though cadence can shift depending on what supports the work best.

What does it cost?

The first session is free. If it feels useful and we continue, sessions are typically $150-$300 and most people work with me weekly.

What's your background?

I'm a self-discovery and transformational coach with training through Art of Accomplishment. Before this, I worked as a software engineer at Meta and Nordstrom, and I continue to draw from contemplative practice, emotional work, and practical problem-solving.
